There aren't many newly built houses in Minneapolis, and fewer still built by their owner. "Tim constructed our spacious rambler almost entirely by himself - building a home is a dream he has had for 25 years," says Nadine. "This sparkling new addition to the neighborhood has nearly 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms, 2.75 baths, state-of-the-art cable and data lines, R20 insulation, and an attached two-car, drive-through garage. That's right, no backing out of the driveway for us!" Visitors to the Utz home were able to see firsthand what a lot of hard work and know-how can do.
