October 27, 2006 - Homeowners considering putting their homes on the 2007 Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour are encouraged to attend an information session Monday, Nov. 13. This get-together offers a chance to meet other prospective Home Tour participants, ask questions about how the tour works, and review nomination forms and other background materials about the Tour.
The November 13th session will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at the Pierre Bottineau Library, at the corner of Marshall and Broadway streets NE.
The Tour, in its 20th year, is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, April 28 and 29, 2007, one weekend earlier than in recent years. Nomination/applications are due January 25, 2007, but early consideration will be given to submissions received before November 25, 2006.
The Tour is sponsored and managed by Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) as a celebration of city living that encourages homeowners to improve, remodel and expand existing housing stock.
