Will there be a NRP Phase II?
The 2001 session of the Minnesota State Legislature produced tax system reforms that have had a tremendous impact on the funding stream that has been used to support the NRP. As a result, the City of Minneapolis has established a NRP Community Development Work Team to identify strategies that will enable the city to continue its commitment to NRP Phase II. The NRP will continue to keep you informed about how NRP Phase II will be funded as information becomes available. Please keep checking the NRP News or the Phase II sections for updates.
